玫瑰崗舊生會周年大會2024暨「最後的一課：補課」活動的安排事宜
本會的周年大會已定於今個星期日下午1時30分在母校的陳智思大禮堂舉行。屆時今屆舊生會主席將向舊生會會員報告過去一年的舊生會的會務、母校公布停止營運之後舊生會的各種決定和處理，舊生會司庫亦會向會員報告舊生會的財政狀況。在上述報告之後會根據會章對舊生會四個幹事的職位進行選舉選出新一年度的四位幹事。會員周年大會之後，本會將舉行「最後的一課：補課」活動。
請各位留意以下各個事項：
1） 今次活動並非開放日，除了在禮堂、操場和四個班房進行「最後的一課：補課」的課室外，其他地方並不會開放；
2）沒有被確認報名成功的校友不能到現場上課；
3）母校泊車位非常有限，請盡量使用公共交通工具；
4）會員周年大會只讓本會會員出席，非會員請盡快登記
今次很大可能是本會最後一次在母校舉行周年大會，請各位校友撥冗準時出席。
The Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of RHSOSA ("OSA") 2024 will be held on this coming Sunday on 21st April 2024 at 1:30pm at Bernard Charnwut Chan Hall. The OSA President will report to the members what OSA has done in the past 12 months, especially after the school sponsoring body of Rosaryhill School announced that it will cease to operate our alma mater. The OSA Treasurer will also report OSA's financial situation after.
Subsequent to the AGM, "The Last Classes: Supplementary Classes" will be held.
Please kindly be informed of the following matters:
1) This Sunday is NOT an open day; only the school hall and 4 classrooms will be open for AGM and the subsequent activity, all other school facilities are NOT open;
2) only participants who have received confirmation messages from OSA can attend "The Last Classes: Supplementary Classes"; on spot registration will NOT be accepted;
3) parking spaces in school are very very limited, please kindly try to use public transportation to go back to school; and
