NOTICE OF 1ST EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING IN 2023 AND NOMINATION OF ALUMNI MANAGER CANDIDATE 2023年第一次特別會員大會 及校友校董提名‭

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Association’‭s 2023 first extraordinary general ‬meeting (the "EGM") will be held on Saturday, 29 July 2023 via Zoom meeting for the purpose ‭ ‬of ‭ ‬considering ‭ ‬and, ‭ ‬if ‭ ‬thought ‭ ‬fit, ‭ ‬passing ‭ ‬the ‭ resolution on Approving ‭ ‬the Elected Alumni Manager.  
 
Nomination ‭ ‬of ‭ ‬Alumni ‭ ‬Manager ‭ ‬Candidate ‭ ‬will ‭ ‬be ‭ ‬open ‭from ‭ ‬27 ‭ ‬June ‭ ‬to ‭ ‬10 ‭ ‬July ‬2023‭ for the term of office from 1 September 2023 to 31 August 2025.‬  ‭ ‬Nomination Form ‭ ‬can ‭ ‬be ‭ ‬obtained ‭ ‬by ‭sending ‭an ‭ ‬email ‭ ‬to ‭ ‬the Returning ‭ ‬Officer 
a‭t ‭treasurer@rhsosa.org‬‬.   ‭Thereafter details of qualified Candidates will be released ‬o‭n the Association’s Facebook and website (‭www.rhsosa.org).‬‬ 
 
Members are required to vote ‭at‬ 4:00 p.m. on 29 July 2023 via Zoom.   The results of the election will be released and be approved immediately at the EGM held after the polling at 4:15 p.m. on the same day.
