NOTICE OF VALID NOMINATION AND POLLING

                NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Election Committee has received one valid nomination within the Nomination Period.  Profile of the candidate is attached to this notice.

                According to clause 4.8 of the Association’s Alumni Manager Election Regulations, Members are required to cast a vote of confidence where there is only one candidate on the Polling Date.

                AMENDED NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the polling will be conducted on Sunday, 29 August 2021 via Zoom meeting at 4:00 p.m.   The results of the election will be released and be approved at the EGM held at 4:10 p.m. on the same day.

                Due to the privacy of the polling and EGM, Members are required to send an email with details of their identity to treasurer@rhsosa.org no later than 12 noon on 29 August 2021.   Details required include (i) name and  (ii) year of graduation from RHS or year of study in RHS, where appropriate.  Once your membership is verified, an email with Zoom log in details will be emailed to Members before 3:45 p.m. on 29 August 2021.

I am a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Secretary and have been engaged in a  broad range of corporate works in Hong Kong, including auditing, tax reporting, business  structuring and advisory, regulatory and compliance works for listed companies, etc.  

With my enthusiasm for Rosaryhill School accumulated in the 13 years of school life (from  Kindergarten to Form 5 in the Secondary Section) and over 15 years of experience in  auditing and corporate governance, I believe I shall be able to contribute with constructive  ideas to the School as an Alumni School Manager.
