The above event was successfully held on 3/3/2007 and more than 30 participants came back to the school hall to enjoy the delicious pun choi lunch and to attend the Annual General Meeting.
Since we did not have the quorum of 50 people as required under our constitution as there were 29 only attendees in our AGM, and we had to postpone the meeting for 45 minutes before we announced the AGM could proceed with the 29 attendees.
An annual report and an financial report were then delivered by our President (2006-2007), Edward Ng and our Treasurer, David Chow respectively and their reports were duly accepted by the majority of the attendees.
Further, the following persons were nominated to be the executive committees for the Year 2007-2008 and they were subsequently elected by the majority. The election result was as follows:
President: Edward Ng
Vice-President: Amy Chan
Treasurer: David Chow
Secretary: Henry Lim
Moreover, the following former teachers were appointed to be our Honorary Members: Ms So Choi Yin, Ms Lee Wai Hing and Mr Thomas Pak. And Ms Cathy Lau & Ms Kitty Ho were appointed to be RHSOSA's Honorary Advisers.
With the new executive committee, we hope you will continuously support the RHSOSA in the future!
