舊生會二零一三年週年大會暨城市定向比賽、美食派對 RHSOSA AGM 2013 cum City Orienteering Competition & Cooking Party

You are cordially invited to attend the OSA 2013 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”), which is scheduled to be held at the Auditorium in Rosaryhill School at 4pm on 2 March 2013 at the auditorium of Rosaryhill School, 41B Stubbs Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong.

Attached are the notice and agenda of the AGM. If you are interested in running for the post of Executive Committee of RHSOSA for 2013/14, please complete and return the Executive Committee Nomination Form no later than 23February 2013 to president@rhsosa.org.

Apart from the annual report to be delivered by the current President, an election for the new panel of Executive Committee will also be held. The four main posts on our Executive Committee, i.e. President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer are now open for nominations; therefore, you are welcome to send your nomination form on or before 23 February 2013 via email topresident@rhsosa.org.

Furthermore, the OSA has also arranged the following activities for members to participate on that day. Details of the activities are as follows:

1:00pm – 3:00pm	City Orienteering Competition	Meeting Point: Crescent Garden,Wong Nai Chung Rd. (opposite to Happy Valley Tram Station)	~Competition in teams with 3 to 5 members ~Registration Fee: $200/team ~Format: Participating teams are required to find various designated points/places of different marks in HappyValley area within the time limit.
1:00pm – 4:00pm	Cooking Party (only open for mentors and mentees of Mentorship Program)	Cookery Room on 5/F, Rosaryhill School	~Participating teams are required to cook their culinary delights within 3 hours (Costs to be borne by the participating teams)
4:00pm – 4:45pm	AGM	Auditorium Rosaryhill School	~Delivery of Annual Report ~Election for President, Vice-President, Treasurer & Secretary ~2013/14 Plan
4:45pm – 5:45pm	Food Sharing	School Canteen	~Food tasting of delicious dishes prepared in the Cooking Party

Should you be interested to join City Orienteering Competition, please deposit the required Registration Fee to the HSBC Savings Account No.002-0-191581 of "Rosaryhill School Old Students Association" and complete and return the attached Enrolment Form together with the copy of the HSBC deposit slip via email to activities@rhsosa.org or by fax to 2878 2272 on or before 28 February 2013.

一年一度的玫瑰崗舊生會會員週年大會將於本年三月二日(星期六)下午四時舉行。屆時本會將為新年度的四位舊生會幹事（主席、副主席、秘書及司庫）進行一人一票的投票選舉。凡屬本會之會員均能在是次選舉中投票。如閣下想在是次選舉中角逐任何一個上述職位，請於本年二月二十三日前將該附件中的名單填妥及電郵回 president@rhsosa.org。

另外，本會將於同日舉辦以下的活動供各會員參加，詳情如下：

1:00pm – 3:00pm	城市定向比賽	集合地點：跑馬地電車總站對面之「新月公園」	~隊制賽，每隊由三至五人組成 ~報名費為每隊港幣二百元 ~各隊須在跑馬地區在限時內尋找各地標或完成指定任務
1:00pm – 4:00pm	烹飪交流會 -只接受「啟導同行」師友計劃成員參加	玫瑰崗學校五樓烹飪室	~各參加單位在三小時內烹調自選食品 (材料自備)
4:00pm – 4:45pm	會員週年大會	玫瑰崗學校演講廳	~舊生會年度報告 ~舊生會一年一度的會長及幹事選舉 ~展望來年計劃
4:45pm – 5:45pm	美食分享會	玫瑰崗學校飯堂	~品嚐師友計劃成員於「烹飪交流會」所製作的美食

如欲參加城市定向比賽，請於二月二十八日或之前將所需之費用存入“玫瑰崗舊生會"之匯豐銀行戶口"002-0-191581"並將入數回條連同附件的回條，回郵至activities@rhsosa.org 或傳真至28782272.
