導師的作用：為參與本計劃的學生提供支持、分享和鼓勵

「啟導同行」計劃不期望導師們均具有超卓的個人成就，

    只希望有興趣參加的舊生能作出啟導的作用，幫助學生們擴闊眼界、改進人際關係技巧和各自找尋未來的路向

導師：玫瑰崗學校校友

學員：玫瑰崗學校中五學生

導師與學員的比率：每組大約3比3

服務期：由2018年10月起，為期1年

成為導師的資格

•達30歲，最少具有5年工作經驗的校友

• 通常在港居住

• 能夠與他人分享自己在學習和工作的經歷

•願意傾聽和了解學員，並提供忠告

導師的責任

• 能夠參加指定週六的小組活動（大約5次）

• 能夠定期與學員接觸和溝通

RHS MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

Recruitment of Mentors 2018/19

Mentor: A person looked upon for wise advice and guidance

Mentor’s Role: To provide support and encouragement

Mentorship includes coaching, facilitating and networking,                           but not necessary to dazzle with knowledge and experience.

RHS MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

Mentors: RHS Alumni

Mentees: RHS Form 5 students

Ratio of Mentors to Mentees: about 3 : 3 in each group

Serving Period: For 1 year from Oct 2018

QUALIFICATIONS TO BE A MENTOR

• Alumnus at the age of 30 or above and with 5 years of working experience

•   Residing in Hong Kong

• Able to share own life experiences in learning and working with others

•   Willing to listen and provide advice to Mentees

MENTOR’S OBLIGATIONS

• Able to attend group activities on designated weekends (~ 5 times)

• Able to get in touch with Mentees on a regular basis
