NOTICE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 2017 first extraordinary meeting (the “EGM”) of Rosaryhill School Old Students Association (the “Association”) will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, 3 December 2017 at Rosaryhill School, 41B Stubbs Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong for the purposes of considering and, if thought fit, passing the following resolutions:

AS ORDINARY RESOLUTIONS

1.         Resolution on Approve the Association’s Constitution (2017 Amendment)[1] specifying that the Alumni Manager nominated by the Association is to serve in the Incorporated Management Committee of Rosaryhill Secondary School.

2.         Resolution on Elect the Alumni Manager at 3:30 p.m. on 3 December 2017 at Rosaryhill School.
