玫瑰崗舊生會會員2017-2018年度會員大會暨「未完的課」活動 RHSOSA AGM 2017

各位校友：

一年一度的舊生會週年大會將在二月二十六日（星期日）在母校陳智思大禮堂擧行。屆時本會將為新年度的四位舊生會幹事（主席、副主席、秘書及財政）進行一人一票的投票選舉。凡屬本會之會員均能在是次選舉中投票。如閣下想在是次選舉中角逐任何一個上述職位，請於本年二月十九日前將該附件中的名單填妥及電郵回 president@rhsosa.org，之後還會舉行自助午餐。

此外今年週年大會前，本會亦安排了一次難得的活動，主題為「未完的課」。我們很慶幸能邀請到幾位已經榮休的舊老師和現任老師為各離校舊生再度執起教鞭，為舊生在課室上「未完的課」。已經落實參加上課的老師包括：

在自助午餐後，大會將舉行舊生社際問答比賽，歡迎各位舊生報名參加，為自己的社爭取冠軍殊榮。

是次活動詳情如下：

集合時間及地點: 上午11時正在「玫瑰崗學校陳智思大禮堂」

費用: 每位港幣$150元正(大人)/港幣$75元正（小童）

截止報名日期： 2017年2月19日

訂座方法和付款細則:

一 請填妥附件的報名表格並把適當費用存入本會於匯豐銀行開立之儲蓄戶口 002-0-191581。戶口名稱為"Rosaryhill School Old Students Association"。

二 把存款收據或網上銀行轉賬指示連同附上之報名表電郵至activities@rhsosa.org。

三 本會將於確認收妥匯款後,發出電郵作實認購。一經付款,本會將不會接受任何退款要求。

玫瑰崗舊生會

Dear Rosarians,

The Annual General Meeting of RHSOSA is scheduled to be held on 26th February 2017 (Sunday) at 1pm at Bernard Chanwut Chan Hall. Apart from the annual report from the Executive Committee, There will be an election for the four posts on the Executive Committee (President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer). Attached please find the nomination form for your record. Should you be interested to nominate anyone for the above posts, please send us the completed form at president@rhsosa.org on or before 19^th February 2016,

a buffet lunch will also be held at the same time.

In addition to the AGM, we are glad to inform you that we have invited a few teachers to give lessons in the classrooms to the participants again, which include:

An alumni inter-House quiz will be held after the buffet lunch. All Rosarians are welcome to register to take part in the quiz.
