SECTION VI - CONSTITUTION
ARTICLE 1 – BYE-LAWS

Bye-laws can be passed by the Executive Committee whenever it thinks fit and suitable. These bye-laws are only effective for one year and must be approved by the Annual General Meeting if they are to be extended for a longer period.

ARTICLE 2 – AMENDMENT

This Constitution shall not be altered or amended except by two-thirds vote at the Annual General Meeting, and had to be approved by the Registrar of Societies before coming into effect.

ARTICLE 3 – INTERPRETATION

Interpretation of the Constitution shall rest with the Executive Committee.

ARTICLE 4 – LIABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In case the Association should involve in any debts or liabilities, it shall be the responsibility of all the Committee Members of that term (session) to meet such debts or liabilities.

ARTICLE 5 – DISSOLUTION

In case the Association should dissolve, the dissolution and disposal of assets of the Association upon its dissolution shall be decided at an Extraordinary General Meeting specifically convened to discuss the matter and any resolution reached has to be assented to by over one-half of all the members present at the Meeting.
