SECTION II - MEMBERSHIP
ARTICLE 1 – MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES
Ordinary Member: Any graduate of Form V, Form VI or Form VII of Rosaryhill
School or any secondary student who has studied one year in Rosaryhill School is
eligible for membership upon the recommendation of one current member and on
payment of the prescribed fee. An individual who has been studied in the primary
section for one year or more may be nominated for membership by at least one
current member, at the discretion of the Executive Committee and subject to
payment of the prescribed fee.
An Ordinary Member may be resident in Hong Kong or abroad.
Honorary Member: Any teacher or member of the Staff of Rosaryhill School is eligible for Honorary Membership, subject to the approval of the Executive Committee or Annual General Meeting. The Honorary Member may be resident in Hong Kong or abroad and does not have to pay any fee.
Life Member: Any Ordinary Member in good standing can apply for Life Membership and can be made one on payment of the prescribed fee.
ARTICLE 2 – PRIVILEGES OF ORDINARY MEMBERS
Only Ordinary Members in good standing may have all rights and privileges of the Association.
All Ordinary Members shall have the right to hold office in the Executive Committee.
All Ordinary Members shall have the right to elect office-bearers of the Executive Committee.
All Ordinary Members shall have the right to participate in all activities and the Annual General Meeting and Extraordinary General Meetings of the Association.
All Ordinary Members shall abide by the Constitution and Resolutions of the Annual General Meeting and the Extraordinary General Meetings.
All Ordinary Members shall be entitled to use the facilities provided by the Association.
