地點：法式牛扒屋 – 香港 銅鑼灣 霎東街33號 快捷假日酒店6樓
費用：每位HK$450  (參加者必需滿18歲以上)
 
活動詳情：
 
﹣ 國際評酒家郭偉信先生介紹香檳的產區（歷史及文化），以及香檳的製作等
﹣ 品嚐三款優等香檳
﹣ 本活動提供小食包括鵝肝、芝士拼盤及甜品

We sincerely invite you to participate this OSA event with the details as below:
 
Date:   14th July 2013 (Sunday)
Time:   3:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Venue: W’Entrecote Restaurant – 6/F Express by Holiday Inn, 33 Sharp Street East, Causeway Bay, HK
Fee:    HK$450 per head (Participant must be over 18 years old)
 
Event Details:
 
-    The wine specialist Mr. Wilson Kwok gives an overview of the champagne region (historically and culturally), and the making of champagne, etc.
-    Tasting 3 different excellent champagnes
-    Snacks will be provided including foie gras, assorted cheese and dessert
