| Parking: | Due to limited parking space at the hotel, please make use of parking lot at AIA Tower, which is one block from the hotel. |
| Direction for drivers to hotel and parking | - From Gloucester Road (east bound), stay on the left lane to Victoria Park Road.
- Pass the first traffic light (with Tung Lo Wan Fire Station on your left), stay on the centre lane to Gordon Road.
- Reaching the T junction, turn left to Electric Road.
- Stay on the left lane, turn left at the Shell Gas Station onto Fook Yum Road.
- To park, turn at the first right to AIA Tower for indoor parking.
- To drop off, turn at the second right and then turn left to Oil Street.

| Wine | Free corkage for all self arranged wines. |
| Registration | Upon arrival, please proceed to registration counter for registration. You will be notified of your seat and table number upon registration. |
| Attire | Smart casual. Jeans and T-shirts are not recommended. |
| Bad weather arrangement | In case of typhoon No. 8 (or above) / black rainstorm signal is hoisted, please refer to notice posted on OSA’s website: www.rhsosa.org at 12 noon on 17 July 2010. |
| Gift / present | It is unnecessary to bring any gift or present, as part of the ticket proceeds have been allocated for the birthday present. Of course, you are welcome to bring your own. |
| Photo | Please avoid using flash when taking photos with Fr. Xavier. For group photos, the organizer has arranged professional photographers to do the job, please do not use your own camera as this will delay the programme for that night. Photos taken by the professional photographers will be uploaded to OSA website in due course. |
