招募義工—協助照顧兒童參觀香港科技大學
Recruiting volunteers to take care of children during their visit to University of Science and Technology of Hong Kong.
玫瑰崗舊生會將聯同「母親的決擇」合作籌辦一項參觀活動，地點為香港科技大學。 現誠邀閣下登記成為義工，介時我們將需要多名義工在上述參觀活動中協助帶領一群七歲至十四歲的小朋友。

Dear Members,
You are cordially invited to enroll as volunteers in our upcoming charity activity. The nature of the activity is to bring a group of children of the “Mother’s Choice” to visit the University of Science and Technology of Hong Kong; therefore, we will a group of volunteers to assist in looking after the participating children during the visit. The age of the children will be in the range of 7 to 14 years old.
Date: 26thSeptember 2009 (Saturday)
Time: 2:00pm to 5:30pm

Please send us your name and contact number via email to activities@rhsosa.org. on or before 15th September 2009 (Tuesday)
Late applications will not be considered.
Successful applicants will be notified by email on 19th September 2009 (Saturday). More detailed information of the activity will be announced in due course.
