Dear RHSOSA member, It is our honor to invtie you to be one of the Key Contact Persons (“KCP”) of the Rosaryhill School Old Students Association ("RHSOSA"). In the past four years, the RHSOSA Executive Committee Members and the Subcommittee Members have been putting a great deal of efforts in rebuilding and enriching our website (www.rhsosa.org), recruiting members, organizing activities and reunion gatherings. We have also helped many of our alumni find their long lost friends and teachers. After four years of rebuilding the membership, we now have about 2,000 registered members, which is about seven times more than what we had four years ago. However, this is not enough. As our KCP, we hope you can render your generous assistance in our “Not One Less Program” ( "一個都不能少計劃”). After RHS’s recent celebration of its 50th anniversary, we estimate that there should be at least 10,000 RHS old students out there. The RHSOSA was originally established to provide a channel to all RHS' past students to stay in touch with their old school and at the same time they could also get to see their old school friends through participating in the activities organized by RHSOSA. Therefore, it is very important for us to continue expanding our member base so that the RHSOSA will become a big and strong family. Then you might ask us how you can help us. We would like to invite you to join our first KCP meeting + BBQ gathering from 4 pm to 8 pm on October 18, 2009 (Sunday). In the above meeting we are planning to give you a brief update on the latest development of RHS. We will also explain to you how we hope you can help us to reach your peers, to promote our activities and to find those alumni who have lost contact with RHS/RHSOSA. 首先，本人誠意邀請閣下成為本會的其中一位主要聯絡人『主要聯絡人』。在過去四年間本會執委會各成員一直為本會不同方面改進而努力，其中包括改善舊生會網頁(www.rhsosa.org)、招募新會員、組織不同類之活動及聯歡聚會等。同時，不少舊生亦透過我們成功地找回失散多年的舊校友和老師。經過四年來的努力，我們漸漸見到初步的成果，現在已登記成為本會會員的人數已有大約二千人，為四年前的七倍！ 然而，我們的目標不止於此。 作為我們的KCP，我們希望您能在我們的『一個都不能少計劃』中協助我們。玫瑰崗學校剛在去年慶祝了其創校五十周年校慶；以其創校五十年來，我們粗略估計母校最少培育過一萬名學生。本會在最初成立的目的是希望能成為離校舊生與母校保持聯絡的橋樑，共希望通過舊生會各活動為校友們提供聚舊和聯誼的機會。所以，我們要不斷擴大我們的會員數量，使玫瑰崗舊生會的這個大家庭不斷壯大。 為使閣下更了解到作為KCP的責任及讓我們有機會聽取閣下對舊生會的寶貴意見，現在我們誠邀閣下出席十月十八日下午四時至晚上八時本會舉行的KCP簡介會及燒烤大會。此外，我們除了會簡介母校的最新發展外，還會向各KCP解釋KCP的各樣工作。敬請各位抽空出席。 如閣下能出席本月十八日的聚會，請在十月十三日前電郵至pr@rhsosa.org通知我們。 我們希望能到時能見到各位。 劉鳯華 玫瑰崗舊生會公關部幹事 RHSOSA pr@rhsosa.org |
